ASFC mission is to create connected pathways into every level of the Beautiful Game, both on and off the field. We believe it Takes a Team to build the future of soccer, and everyone has a part to play, from players and coaches to referees, professionals, and the passionate people who fuel the game.

Leadership
Founder & Co-owner · Football
Driven by a lifelong passion for soccer, he is a nationally licensed coach who has dedicated his career to developing players, building organizations, and advancing the game at every level. He began coaching at just 17 and, by age 20, had already achieved a rare milestone: winning a South Texas state championship as both a player and a coach in 1991.
His experience across youth, collegiate, and professional soccer, combined with his leadership, coaching expertise, and commitment to creating connected pathways, provides the vision behind Austin Sol’s mission to shape the future of The Beautiful Game.

With more than three decades of experience in fundraising and nonprofit leadership, she brings a proven ability to build meaningful partnerships, secure transformational support, and develop sustainable growth strategies. Her expertise in strategic philanthropy and community engagement will help ASFC expand opportunities, strengthen its impact, and advance its mission both on and off the field.
